$48K state grant to help fund year-round visitors’ center at new Paragon development

A center to welcome visitors to Hull is expected to open in the mixed-use development at 197 Nantasket Avenue – named the Paragon and developed by the Procopio Companies – in the spring of 2027 – a partnership between the town’s economic development committee and the Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce funded by a $48,000 state grant.
“The center – which will be located on the ground floor in the middle of the archway between Nantasket Avenue and George Washington Boulevard – will provide convenient access to the community, with a very public place that welcomes residents and visitors to learn more about our little piece of paradise,” former Chamber President Steven Greenberg told The Hull Times.
The primary goal is to be “the place for all to learn more about the rich history, environment, and resources of Hull. The center will be located right in the middle of one of Hull’s primary commercial districts,” he noted.
