Obituary: Beverly A. Maynard

Beverly A. Maynard, at 77

Beverly A. [Roche] Maynard of Hull, formerly of Dedham and Norwood, died unexpectedly Oct. 21.
Born in Boston, she attended Dedham High School and Fisher Junior College and worked as an administrative assistant at Children’s Hospital in Boston. Mrs. Maynard held many other positions over the years. Most recently, she worked for the town of Hull, at the health department and the Scully Senior Center
Mrs. Maynard loved the Red Sox and the Patriots and was a devoted fan who never missed a game. She loved playing mahjong with her friends in Hull, walking the boardwalk on Nantasket Beach, and sitting on her balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and Boston Harbor. She was a faithful member of St. Mary of the Assumption Parish in Hull.
The loving mother of Kevin R. Maynard of California and Kristin A. Maynard of Green Harbor; she was the former wife of Robert A. Maynard, also of Green Harbor. Mrs. Maynard also leaves her siblings, Charlene Levangie and her husband, Peter, of Dedham, John P. Roche, Jr. and his wife, Ann, of California, and Richard J. Roche and his wife, Jane of Hopkinton. She was the loving grandmother of Cosette P. Maynard of Glendale, CA; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
