Obituary: Rosemary Parsons

Rosemary Parsons, at 73
Rosemary (Hussey) Parsons, age 73, died peacefully on Monday, June 25.
Mrs. Parsons loved living by the ocean, traveling to Nantucket, gardening, antiquing, and crafting Nantucket baskets. She earned her associate’s degree from Quincy College after raising her children and worked as a paralegal for 15+ years. She was an avid boxing fan, and never missed watching her acclaimed Patriots on Sundays. Most of all she enjoyed watching her grandsons play soccer, tennis, hockey, and baseball, and her granddaughter perform ballet en pointe. 
Daughter of the late Katherine E. and Henry J. Hussey of Hull, she was the loving wife of 53 years to Paul D. Parsons of Hull. Cherished mother of Kimberly Zayotti and her husband, Matthew, Kristyn Therrien and her husband, Donald, all of Norwell; and of Ryan T. Parsons of Palm Springs; she was the loving Nana to Harrison and Vivien Zayotti and Connor and Jack Therrien. Mrs. Parsons also was the dear sister of Sheila Carney and Donna Sullivan and her husband, Jeri, all of Hull. She is survived by many beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.  
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday, July 1, from 4-8 p.m. at the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., Hingham. Her funeral Mass will be held at St. Ann’s Church, Hull on Monday, July 2, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow, at Hull Village Cemetery.
